What is the difference between OCCRRA and AIR?
The Ohio Child Care Resource & Referral Association (OCCRRA) is a non-profit member association serving Ohio’s seven local child care resource and referral agencies (CCR&Rs). AIR Training Solutions is a separate company that offers online professional development to early childhood professionals.

I need to make sure that the training I’m purchasing through AIR goes onto my Ohio Professional Registry. What do I do?
If you need a training to be added into your Registry Profile on OCCRRA, find the course and click ‘Add to Cart’ on the next available date from your OCCRRA account. This will REGISTER you on the OCCRRA site, which will allow tracking on your Registry Profile. Then you will be redirected to airchildcare.com to PURCHASE and COMPLETE your course.

How and when will my course be verified by the AIR trainer?
Once you are registered on OCCRRA by hitting ‘Add to Cart’ and have completed your course through AIR, OCCRRA verifications are done every Tuesday.

How do I see if I registered already?
AIR can verify your purchase history with us, however, if you need to see if you are registered on the Ohio Professional Registry, you can now log into your Registry Profile and look under ‘My Scheduled Trainings’ at the top right of the page.

How do I see what date I registered for?
If you need to see what date you are registered, you can now log into your Registry Profile and look under ‘My Scheduled Trainings’ at the top right of the page.

I completed my course before the registry date, why isn’t my course verified on OCCRRA yet?
Course verifications do not begin for each particular course until after the date listed on the training listing.

I did not realize I needed to register on OCCRRA. I already took the course through AIR, now what?
Please fill out the form on this page and we will get your training added to your PD Track.
