What is the difference between OCCRRA and AIR?
The Ohio Child Care Resource & Referral Association (OCCRRA) is a non-profit member association serving Ohio’s seven local child care resource and referral agencies (CCR&Rs). AIR Training Solutions is a separate company that offers online professional development to early childhood professionals.

I got an email that said my registration was canceled. What does that mean?
This can happen for a couple of different reasons. If you do not purchase the course by the registration date, you will be removed from that registration date for the course. You will then need to re-register for an upcoming registry date through your OCCRRA Profile and purchase the course through AIR. This can also happen if you registered for a course and purchased a different one. In addition, this can happen if your name on your AIR account does not match your name on your OCCRRA Profile.

I need to make sure that the training I’m purchasing through AIR goes onto my Ohio Professional Registry. What do I do?
If you need a training to be added into your Registry Profile on OCCRRA, find the course and click ‘Add to Cart’ on the next available date from your OCCRRA account. This will REGISTER you on the OCCRRA site, which will allow tracking on your Registry Profile. Then you will be redirected to airchildcare.com to PURCHASE and COMPLETE your course.
